Kitchener, Ontario-based Erwin Hymer Group North America is showcasing new models this week at the Pennsylvania RV Show in Hershey, September 13-17.
America’s Largest RV Show is the place to shop and compare RVs from over 45 manufacturers and explore more than 1,300 RVs and the latest accessories.
Erwin Hymer Group will have two booths at Hershey this year, one dedicated to the Roadtrek brand and the other introducing the all new Carado brand alongside Hymer.
Roadtrek will have 13 models on display at this year’s show and will be showcasing some of their newest products and features including the recently launched Simplicity and all new Link.
Roadtrek’s Simplicity model is their newest entry level coach, aimed at getting young families into RVing who never thought it was possible before.
The all new Roadtrek Link, is the first Class B motorhome to have a separate full telescopic shower that can also be used as additional storage and a large work surface. It also boasts a separate enclosed area for the toilet and large fixed bed in the rear, it’s a great coach for single owners or couples looking for a compact coach to travel in with all the amenities they could need.
Hymer will be showcasing as a brand for the first time in North America at this year’s Hershey show.
On display will be the all new Aktiv, a European inspired coach built on the Ram ProMaster chassis, aimed at people who enjoy the outdoors and active lifestyle.
The Aktiv has a full kitchen galley, seating for up to four, separate bathroom and shower with a swivel toilet and flip up sink to maximize space. The main feature of the Aktiv is the rear queen size bed that fold up, opening the aisle way which allows for storage of large items such as bikes, skis, and kayaks.
Also on display for viewing in the Hymer booth, will be the new Hymer Touring models, four new extremely lightweight travel trailers which the company will be manufacturing in the spring of next year.
These trailers will revolutionize the industry due to their lightweight nature, customers will no longer have to buy a new larger vehicle to own and tow a travel trailer, as they can be towed by virtually any car.
Also in the Hymer display will be two new Carado models, the Axion and the Banff.
The Axion offers a short chassis of 17 feet, 9 inches, creating an easy-to-drive experience for one or two people. All the amenities such as a fully equipped kitchen with two-burner propane stove, refrigerator, microwave, sink, expandable countertop and pantry are included.
Easy access through the back to the washroom is an additional bonus with the compact floor plan.
