KZRV won the award RVDA’s Dealer Satisfaction Index (DSI) survey for its Sportsmen, Sportsmen Classic, Spree, and Spree Escape brands of travel trailers.

The survey rates manufacturers’ performance in product reliability and quality, parts support, dealership warranty support, product design, sales support and territory, competitive price and value, and overall dealer communications.

“We’ve been committed to quality for over 40 years, that’s what makes KZRV great,” said Marlene Snyder, vice president of sales and marketing, in a news release.

“The DSI Award is something we take very seriously. It’s a survey that measures us in sales support, quality product and product design.  It’s truly an honor to receive this prestigious award. We are constantly striving to build the best product in the market. This is one tool to let us know that we are on the right track.”

These award winning products will be on display at this year’s National RV Trade Show in Louisville, Kentucky, December 3-5, 2013.
