Cruise America Reaches Milestone

Mesa, Arizona-based Cruise America, the nation’s leader in Class C motorhome sales and rentals, has taken delivery of their 30,000th motorhome, acquired over 40 successful years.

They currently have 4,000 Ford powered rental recreational vehicles operating throughout the United States and Canada, according to a company news release.

One of the reasons for Cruise America’s unprecedented growth over the last forty years, despite slowdowns in the economy, is the fact that they enjoy a heavy percentage of repeat business.

According to Cruise America’s president, Bob Smalley Jr., “I believe that our unparalleled repeat business is due to the fact that we really do care about our customers and we show it through our commitment to top-notch service. This, combined with the fact that we care enough to provide the best motorhomes on the market has made us the leaders in the industry.”

Cruise America has made hundreds of thousands of customers very happy over the last forty years, and their motorhomes have logged millions of “proven” miles across the land.

For twenty-five years, Cruise America has teamed up with Thor Motor Coach, who manufactures the number-one selling motorhome brand in North America.

Thor manufactures all of the class C motorhomes that Cruise America purchases; each designed and built to their specifications. These superior quality motorhomes, wrapped in attractive scenery, have become iconic along the highways of the U.S. and Canada, the news release reports.

As new inventory arrives, the seasoned used class C vehicles are reconditioned, refurbished, and sold to the public at affordable prices.

Consumers find that they get a much better cared for and better-maintained recreational vehicle by taking advantage of these used motorhome deals. Over the last 40 years, Cruise America has sold 26,000 of these used Class C motorhomes to grateful customers.

Cruise America offers their inventory of fully equipped, self-contained Class C rental RVs and used motorhomes for purchase on their website, as well as an extensive list of their rental and sales locations. This enables the public to research, review and make their selection according to their needs. On the site there are informative videos, featuring the many accommodations and convenient amenities that come with each model.

Worth Pondering…
We travel because, no matter how comfortable we are at home, there’s a part of us that wants—that needs—to see new vistas, take new tours, obtain new entrees, introduce new bacteria into our intestinal tracts, learn new words for “transfusion,” and have all the other travel adventures that make us want to French-kiss our doormats when we finally get home.
