Lancaster, California-based Lance Camper Mfg. Corp. announces numerous product enhancements to its very successful 2019 Ultra-Light Travel Trailer model line-up.
“The product development team led by Randy Hunter meets weekly with a very focused goal of delivering the highest quality product with as many customer driven features as possible” states Bob Rogers, Director of Marketing, in a company news release.
“These introductions represent the latest round of these ongoing efforts.”
Key enhancements include the following all-new features:
- Dual slide floor plan
- Beige themed “Mystic Shores” interior décor
- Residential styled range design
- Slide out dinette drawer hardware design
- “Slow Rise” day/night roller shade treatments (most models)
With floor lengths from 14 feet 10 inches (1475) to 24 feet 11 inches (2465) most models offer as standard a king size master bed, front J-lounge jackknife sofa, residential styled shower head design, exterior under floor utility storage compartment, and app controlled Carefree Latitude awning.
New available features include 40-inch LED TVs (master bedroom TV is on electric lift), a Torklift designed ultraSTEPglow entry step (most models), radius roof design (1475/1575), chassis lift kit (1475/1575), and 10K Dometic A/C (can be powered by 2,200W generator).
An all new “Nex-Gen” Four Season Compatible chassis design is available for two models: the 1475 and 1575.
Due to lightweight engineering technology, Lance was able to fit the 1575 with a “Super Slide” dinette and keep the weight at just 2,775 pounds. With large windows and skylights in the living and bath areas, this trailer feels much larger than other trailers of similar size. The 1575 also features a dry bath and comfortable sleeping for four.
If you’re looking for more living space and storage, the 1685 was made for you. It features a complete dry bath, larger kitchen counter space, along with the “Super Slide” and forward queen-sized bed. All this comfort and luxury weighs in at just 3,980 pounds and offers abundant storage too.
The 1985 features an open, spacious interior. At just 4,245 pounds it’s an easy tow for a larger SUV or pickup. The 1985 features a full-width aft bathroom. And facing the entire living space is a conveniently placed entertainment center.
Take all the features of the very popular 1685, including a complete dry bath, large kitchen counter space, Lance exclusive U-shaped “Super Slide” dinette and add a forward queen-sized walk around bed, and you get the 1995. With a dry weight of 4,265 pounds and GVWR of 5,700 pounds, most full size SUVs and pick-ups make perfect tow vehicles.
The 2185 has a walk-around queen-size bed that can be optionally ordered as a convertible sofa-bed turning the interior into a huge living space. The “Super Slide” dinette seats five-plus easily and sleeps two comfortably. But the real news crosses the aft wall with triple bunk beds with room for three adults. And the bunks can be reconfigured as a garage for bikes or toys while you travel.
The 2295 living area is spacious with the “Super Slide” dinette. The centerpiece is the entertainment center with 32-inch LCD LED HDTV that rotates from the living area to the bedroom. Beneath is an optional fireplace that heats and saves propane when you have power in an RV park. And there’s enough counter space in the kitchen to prepare real meals with lots of cupboards, drawers, and dual pantries.
A new rear-lounge model features the type of extremely comfortable rocker chairs you have been looking for in an RV. Or order your 2375 with the available convertible J sofa, which has the added benefit of an additional sleeping option.
The all new dual slide 2465 model features a king size bed, available 40-inch TV above the dancing flames of the electric fireplace, front lounge, split lavvy floor plan, dual USB ports, and super-sized Star View front window. To access a recent post on the 2465, click here.
