Located in a Yellow Mountain scenic zone, Cherry Campsite covers nearly 6,666 acres and is being developed on a 1 billion yuan ($157.6 million) investment.
Cherry campsite is situated on the west side of Yellow Mountain scenic zone where the natural beauty impresses with its fantastic landscape.
Signed in March (2012) with nearly one billion dollar investment, the project has been listed as one of the key projects under the local party committee and city government’s policy for raising “six high tide” and promoting “six one hundred”.
Since the project was signed and launched, it’s been going in an orderly and smooth direction, reports raccc.com.
Named one of the 15 outstanding projects in Yellow Mountain area, the Cherry Campsite project is the biggest tourism project ever imported in Jiaocun town.
The campsite project has two sections—campsite and entrepreneur club.
The campsite plan includes an area for tent and RV camping, hut renting, outward bound training, a children’s club, reception government service, shopping mall, and multi-function entertainment center.
The entrepreneur club section features its top-class customers’ orientation and high-quality houses at low density.
Rooted in the boom of Yellow Mountain scenic zone, the project also motivates south areas of Anhui province and cities along Changjiang to achieve further economic development.
In addition, it will provide more self-drivers, Cherry users, relative enterprises as well as their employees with professional and various services of camping, recreation, and holidays in order to make it the first class competitive campsite domestically and worldwide.
Director of the project building team, Jiao Xinfa, noted that eight percent of the land will be allocated toward the campsite and 20 percent toward the entrepreneur club.
Four companies are involved in project planning and design, and other bids are being accepted as well.
Three stages compose the entire project and the first stage would be finished in 18 months.
Cherry campsite would invest 30 million yuan to mainly finish the planning and design as well as part of demolition tasks.
The Cherry project team, including the main leaders from governments, aims to coordinate dilemmas and solve problems encountered during the construction process and to guarantee that the project would be going on steadily and orderly.
According to Jiaocun town mayor Niu Zhaohui, Huangshan district, the primary construction includes seven sections and three centers.
A series of important work has been done including land setting, adjustment of the project planning, site choice for resettlement, and propaganda for land expropriation.
Worth Pondering…
A Time to be Creative
I choose to live by Choice, not by chance; to make Changes, not excuses.
To be motivated, not manipulated; to be useful, not compete.
I choose self-esteem, not self-pity.
I choose to listen to my inner voice, not the random opinions of others.
